Principal Jullie Payne
Jullie Payne has lived in Cache Valley for over 25 years. She earned her BS in Elementary Education from BYU and a M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from USU. She also earned a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from WGU. She has worked in education for over 20 years. During her time in Cache District, Jullie has taught 3rd and 5th grade, worked as a literacy facilitator for 5 years, and was the district ESL/Migrant Specialist for two years.
She and her husband live in Providence. They have a daughter and son-in-law as well as two sons and daughter-in-laws. When she’s not at school, Jullie likes to spend time with her family, go on walks, read books, work on puzzles and continue to learn new things. Jullie loves being a North Park Knight!
