Principal Jullie Payne
I have lived and in Cache Valley for over 25 years. I’ve spent over two decades in education, and I have truly enjoyed the many different roles I’ve had within the Cache District including teaching at Providence Elementary, supporting literacy as a Literacy Facilitator at four schools in Cache District and working as the District ESL/Migrant Specialist. I've been fortunate to be the principal at North Park Elementary since 2020.
My own love for learning led me to earn degrees from BYU, USU, and WGU, but my favorite part of the day is always being in the halls here at North Park. For me, education is all about the people and the community I’ve been a part of for so long.
My husband and I live in Providence, and I love any chance I get to catch up with my grown children and their spouses. When I have a quiet moment, I love to go on walks, read, or work on a puzzle. I am so happy to be a North Park Knight and spend time with the wonderful children, families, and staff in our school community!
