Birthdays and Special Occasions
Please do not send or bring balloons, flowers, etc. to school for individual students. Please understand that if these items are sent to the school, the delivery may be refused.
Parents are always welcome to come and eat school lunch with their student. Please let the office know in the morning before you come.
PARENT DROP OFF AND PICK UP
- Safest place is in the designated area in the North parking lot
- Pull forward as far east as possible
- Students should exit from the passenger side
- Don’t drive faster than 5 mph in school parking lots.
Character Strong Info
This month we are talking about Responsibility. One way to define Responsibility is “taking action and understanding the impact of our choices.” Taking action can mean doing the right thing or completing the tasks you have been assigned. Understanding the impact of our choices means that our actions matter. Positive and responsible actions can help people and irresponsible actions can hurt others.
Safety
This month's Standard Response Protocol that we will focus on and practice is a SECURE.
SECURE GET INSIDE, LOCK OUTSIDE DOORS. The Secure Action is called when there is a threat or hazard outside of the school building. Whether it’s due to violence or criminal activity in the immediate neighborhood, or a dangerous animal in the playground, Secure uses the security of the physical facility to act as protection.

Artists of the Round Table
It’s time for Knights to get creative! This year’s theme is “The Unexpected”. Submissions are due Friday, September 18 before school in the library. There will be an art exhibition and awards ceremony on Thursday, September 24 at 6:30 pm. Enter your artwork for a chance to win awesome prizes!

Personal Electronic Devices (Cell phones, smart watches, etc) Per district policy 3130, personal electronic devices (PED) including cell phones and smartwatches are not permitted to be used or accessed by elementary students during the school day, including recess, lunch and in all school areas including the bus. If PEDs are brought to school they must remain off and stored in backpacks or with school staff. The full policy updated August 2025 is attached or can be found on the Cache County School District Board Policies webpage.
