Car Pool Drop Off & Pick Up

In coordination with the North Park Police Department, the following changes are effective immediately at North Park Elementary School. 

 

Drivers dropping off or picking up students from private vehicles should access the school using an alternate route.  This route will enter off of 800 E/250 E onto 2950 N.  Go east to 1000 E, turning right on 1000 E onto designated entrance.  Any vehicle traffic coming to the school while school zones have been established should not block the designated crosswalks at the intersection of 800 E 2900 N as students are escorted to and from the school property.  Refer to the attached map for a visual reference.  

 

When you pick up your students in the parent pickup lane, please make sure that you are pulling all the way forward.  Even if you see your child, you should still pull as far forward as you can to allow as many cars as possible to load your students.  Please do not pull around the line of cars that are loading students to jump ahead in line to an open spot.  We need you to wait until everyone is done loading and pull forward as they leave the line.  Thank  you!
